Full-Service Deck Design & Build Process

1. Site Visit / Initial Consultation

We meet on site, walk the property to examine the existing conditions & discuss your vision for the project.

With less complicated projects, we are able to bring a drawn up estimate to our initial consultation based on photos & dimensions provided by homeowner.

We will review the existing conditions & estimate - make changes if needed - and you will be provided with a full 100% accurate estimate that will not suddenly increase on the spot.

2. Paperwork & Design

We will draw up a digital contract based upon the specifications discussed & send to you to sign virtually.

Once our contract is in place, we will immediately apply for permits. The final deck design used for permit application will be sent to you to approve. The permit process can take 2-3 weeks so it is always the best process to apply as soon as possible.

Upon permit approval, materials will be ordered and delivered to the site to begin construction.

3. Demo & Build

Once permits are approved, we will set a construction date that works with your desired timeframe.

Demo of the existing structure (if applicable) will begin on the first day. Framing and new deck construction will take course over the next 4-7 days.

We will update you with the inspection schedule so that you may be present for inspections if desired. The construction will be complete once we receive the final approval from building inspector.

We own all our equipment

No waiting on large ugly beat-up rusty dumpsters or rental building equipment to show up or be taken off-site. We own all of our equipment and maintain it in pristine condition so your property still looks great during construction.
